which is better for home theater – dvd with built-in amp or separate dvd player and amp?

I am planning to buy a home theater package and want to choose between Yamaha YHT-175 and Samsung XT-HQ100. Yamaha is only the amp and I need to buy a dvd player separately. Samsung is dvd with built-in amp.
