how can i build my home theater speakers?

i got a 4-pair 3-way speakers 8 Ohms, 100 watts each. i want to convert them into a 5.1 home theater speakers to connect with my 5.1 Channel A/V receiver.

    You need to buy a center channel speaker that sounds similar to the ones you have (called “timbre matching”), and pick up a powered subwoofer (the .1 in 5.1).

    Search for speaker building sites for exact instructions. You can get parts from places like http://www.partsexpress.com (a site that sells speaker building components.).

    You need:

    - An enclosure
    - A crossover circuit
    - Connectors

    The problem is – there is a bit of science behind the speaker drivers, the enclosure and the crossover. You could just throw pieces together, but doing some of the math to match the drivers, the crossover and the internal enclosure volume can make a huge difference in the final result. The speaker building sites can help you make the right choices.
