Is a RM6750-Speakers system better than a HT-R320 Home Theater System?

I have a RM6570 sounds system (4 rears and one center) and a Yamaha amplifier (pretty big, dunno what model it is). I don’t know if they are better than a Home Theater System HT-R320 (receiver, 4 rears, 1 center)
