The Best Buy site says that the Polk subwoofer supports both line level and speaker level input, so you should be fine.

Line level output is a low power audio signal sent by RCA cables to powered subwoofers, the subwoofer amplifies the low signal. Speaker level output is a variable, high power audio signal sent by speaker wire to subwoofers that have no amplifier of their own.

The Polk subwoofer can handle either type of output, but if the Panasonic offers line level subwoofer output, then use that instead. It will allow the receiver to give more power to the other speakers, and it will probably sound better, too.
